You can find this functionality in your self-service account under the section “Change loan schedule”. The changes will be applied without any additional cost.
What are the rescheduling possibilities?
- Choose your payment date (1.-27 of each month.)
- Change your loan duration (1–120 months. Period can be changed to 3, 6, 12, 24, 48, 60 or 120 months.)
- Take a payment holiday (you will pay only interest and commission during the period of 3, 6 or 12 months.)
Confirm payment schedule changes
Once you've made the changes in your payment schedule, follow these steps:
- Click Show new schedule and review it carefully.
- To see a detailed version, click Sign, then on the next screen click Payment schedule to download and check the PDF.
- If everything looks good, click Sign again and follow the on-screen instructions.
Who can change their payment schedule?
You qualify if:
- If there is one loan agreement, you must have paid at least one full monthly payment within the valid payment schedule.
- If you have more than one loan, you can reschedule only after you have paid at least the first monthly payment under the new agreement in full.
- If you have recently changed your schedule, you can use the service again if you have paid the full amount of at least one new scheduled monthly payment.
- You can change your payment schedule as long as the contract is not terminated/loan defaulted.
- If you have outstanding debt/invoices- in this case, your debt will be added to the new schedule, which may increase your future monthly payments.
