Who can become a B Secure+ premium level customer?
B Secure+ can be used by any customer who has at least one active loan in Bondora. To use B Secure+, you must agree with the terms and conditions. You can sign up for B Secure+ with just a few clicks when you log in to your Bondora account.
How can I participate in the promotional games?
- For B Secure or B Secure+ subscribers: If you’ve been subscribed to B Secure or B Secure+ for at least three consecutive months, you are automatically enrolled in the promotional games. No further steps or payments are required.
- For customers who are not a B Secure or B Secure+ subscriber: You can still join the promotional games by opting in separately. Participation is completely free, and no additional payments are required. To opt in to each promotional game, go to this link and create a customer support ticket with this exact subject: “opt in to the promotional game”.
How much does B Secure+ cost?
€24.99 per month.
Because you are a B Secure+ customer, you will only pay one B Secure+ fee per month, regardless of the number of active loans you have. So, if you have one active loan or more, then you'll pay just €24.99 per month.
When do I have to pay for B Secure+?
The €24.99 fee for B Secure+ is added to your monthly repayments. The fee is deducted automatically from your Bondora account each month on the same day as your repayment date for your active loan agreement(s).
How can I cancel B Secure+?
You can cancel B Secure+ at any time. Please contact our support team via this form so we can cancel B Secure+ for you as soon as possible. NB: The last bill for B Secure+ must be paid with the next monthly payment. You will receive a confirmation once it’s been cancelled. B Secure+ becomes inactive 30 days after it's been cancelled.
