Who can join B Secure+?
Anyone with an active Bondora account can sign up for B Secure+. You do not need an active loan or any other service agreement with Bondora. Just agree to the terms and conditions, and activate B Secure+ from your Bondora dashboard with a few simple clicks.
How much does B Secure+ cost?
The monthly fee is €29.99. This covers all benefits under the B Secure+ service—no add-ons, no extra fees.
When and how do I pay?
The subscription fee for B Secure+ is added to your monthly loan repayments. It is automatically deducted from your Bondora account each month on the same date as the repayment for your active loan(s). You can find detailed information about any additional voluntary services – including their terms, conditions, and costs – in the self-service portal. These services are separate from your loan.
How can I cancel B Secure+?
You can cancel B Secure+ at any time. If you have decided to terminate your B Secure+ contract, please contact our customer support at asiakaspalvelu@bondora.com.
