Who can join B Secure+?
Anyone with an active Bondora account can sign up for B Secure+. You do not need an active loan or any other service agreement with Bondora. Just agree to the terms and conditions, and activate B Secure+ from your Bondora dashboard with a few simple clicks.
How much does B Secure+ cost?
The monthly fee is €29.99. This covers all benefits under the B Secure+ service—no add-ons, no extra fees.
When and how do I pay?
The subscription fee for B Secure+ is added to your monthly loan repayments. It is automatically deducted from your Bondora account each month on the same date as the repayment for your active loan(s). You can find detailed information about any additional voluntary services – including their terms, conditions, and costs – in the self-service portal. These services are separate from your loan.
How can I cancel B Secure+?
You have the right to withdraw from your B Secure+ subscription contract within 14 days starting from the date of your subscription, free of charge and with selected reason. To exercise this right, please submit your withdrawal application in your self-service portal under My Subscriptions.
If more than 14 days have passed since the subscription, please submit a cancellation request by contacting our customer service at asiakaspalvelu@bondora.com.
